Payment Options

We have the following options available for making your assessment payment:

• Pay online, either through the owner portal or at https://mgmtdenovo.afts.com/
• Pay by phone. Our toll free payment number is 800-562-2044
• Setting up automatic debit (ACH) payments. There are no fees for this payment option. Please sign in to the owner portal to obtain the ACH authorization form. The form is located under Documents, then filter for the Account Setup category.
• Mailing a check to our office at 5256 S. Mission Road #307, Bonsall, CA 92003

We recommend the payment options above instead of setting up bill payments through your bank. With the bill payment feature that most banks offer, a physical check is mailed to our office, which can sometimes take between 5 and 10 business days. Additionally, the check could get lost in the mail.
